hi, i’m jaquelyn mccaskie

B. Sc (Chiro)

Currently completing a 12-month Diploma in Women’s Health Mastery.

I love helping women and families feel more at ease in their bodies so they can move better and thrive.

This often looks like easing postural tension, relieving headaches, supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, empowering active kids to stay well, and helping people of all ages optimise their nervous system health. I also enjoy helping older women feel their best by improving mobility, confidence, and providing osteoporotic-safe care.

My approach is gentle, nervous system-focused, and adaptable. I use low-force adjustments safe for pregnancy, children, and the elderly, combined with traditional manual techniques, soft tissue, and fascia work. You can also expect targeted home-care to support you in reaching your goals.

Chiropractic is personal for me. Growing up with a mother who has severe scoliosis, I witnessed firsthand how care supported her strength, function, and confidence. Coupled with my father’s naturopathic background, I learned early on that our bodies are designed to heal—we just need to give them the right support.

Outside the clinic, you’ll probably find me barefoot on the beach with my husband Brayden and dog Tui, curled up with a good novel, or experimenting with gluten-free cookies and muffins (sometimes with a cheeky chocolate treat).

My goal is simple: to help you feel more ease in your body so you can move through life with confidence.
